Management of the AAVEYE consortium

Coordinator for the grant is Alberto Auricchio from the Telethon Institute of Genetics and Medicine (Naples, Italy).

The objectives of this workpackage are to implement the project management. The Management Team will support the coordinator with the day-to-day management of the project and ensure that communications flows within the consortium. It will collect the annual reports from the workpackage leaders, and organize consortium wide meetings.
